Cross-Border Challenge Cup clash sees Spartans take on Berwick

It’s a break from the rollercoaster ride of the Lowland League for Dougie Samuel’s Spartans who welcome Berwick Rangers to Ainslie Park for the Round 2 clash of the East of Scotland Challenge Cup.

Three times winners of the tournament, Spartans head into the clash on the back of four consecutive wins in the league which have included three clean sheets in the process.

Samuel’s men have netted on fourteen occasions during their last four games with the Gaffer undoubtedly keen to ensure that momentum is taken in the tie against the Shielfield side.

The visitors will be looking to get back to winning ways after a defeat and two draws, with their last victory coming on the road in the Capital against Edinburgh University.

Kick-off is 3pm. Season Tickets are NOT valid for this game. You can buy your tickets in advance via Fanbase or pay at the gate. Admission prices are £9 Adults & £6 Concessions.
