Join our Matchday Team – Physiotherapist/Graduate Sports Therapist role

We have exciting opportunities to join the medical support team at The Spartans.

We are seeking a Matchday Physiotherapist or Graduate Sports Therapist team doctor for our Men’s Lowland League team. The team predominantly plays on Saturday afternoon and we are looking for support for all fixtures (c40 games covering home and away).

The Physiotherapist or Graduate Sports Therapist will be qualified medical practitioner and registered with the appropriate professional body and will work alongside our club doctor, first aid support and coaching staff. Full medical equipment is provided. There is also the opportunity to work, if interested, with the wider physiotherapy and sports science members of the medical team between matchdays.

We use the leading edge football technical and data analysis tools PlayerData and Instat which are very useful for injury prevention and recovery programmes.

The Physiotherapist or Graduate Sports Therapist is required to attend the SFA managed Sports FirstAid course every 3 years.
